What the Role Involves
As our Real Estate Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and partners. Responsibilities may include:
- Managing client communication and scheduling
- Transaction coordination from start to finish
- CRM and database organization
- Social media assistance, content scheduling, and light creative work
- Research, marketing tasks, and property preparation
- Supporting day-to-day office operations
- Assisting the broker with projects, follow-ups, and strategic initiatives

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and social media aware
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Energetic, proactive, and professional in both communication and presentation
- Able to multitask in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Passionate about real estate and motivated to learn
Real estate experience or a license is a plus, but not required.
