Beyond buying and selling luxury real estate across Los Angeles, my true passion lies in giving back to the community I have called home for decades. For over 20 years, I have been deeply involved with Covenant House California, working tirelessly to help get homeless youth off the streets.

From serving as a board member and chairing annual galas to participating in the National Sleep Out every single year, this work represents the core of my personal and professional values. Real estate is about more than property—it is about building safe, supportive communities where every individual has a place to call home.

The Reality of Youth Homelessness in Los Angeles & Nationally

Across the United States, 4.2 million young people experience homelessness each year. Right here in Los Angeles, more than 12,000 youth are sleeping on the streets, facing unimaginable hardships.

Covenant House provides immediate shelter, safety, and long-term transitional care[cite: 2, 5]. Every single night, more than 2,500 young people wake up safe in a Covenant House bed. Through comprehensive housing programs—ranging from short-term Safe Havens to two-year transitional living programs like Rights of Passage—Covenant House equips young adults with the tools, career guidance, and emotional support needed to build independent futures.

My 17+ Year Sleep Out Journey & The 2026 Enterprise Launch

This year marks my 17th  consecutive Sleep Out. Sleeping outside on cold pavement for one night is humbling, but it is a powerful statement of solidarity with young people who face that reality every night.

This year, our impact is expanding exponentially. Our parent company, Compass International Holdings, is uniting every agent, brand, and affiliate across our global enterprise to launch the 2026 Global Sleep Out Campaign!
